I'm not sure how real this photo is, but it feels like this where I live some winters. This photo is from weather.com and I noticed it had no description and was later removed from the website. I'm not sure how it would be possible considering the snow plows that I've seen can't stack snow this high off the sides of the road. Unless, this is a picture from Alaska where they've had record snow fall this winter and January average temperatures in the -20's.
