Contagion
Released: 2011
Drama
Director: Steven Soderbergh
Starring: Matt Damon, Kate Winslet, Jude Law, and a ton of others
Running Time: 106 minutes
Rated: PG-13
The breakdown: A highly contagious disease spreads across the world rapidly and workers at the CDC try to find out how to prevent deaths and find a cure.
A woman comes home from a business trip in Hong Kong and suddenly gets violently ill and dies. The hospital isn't sure from what, but she in fact, has a highly contagious, new disease that no one's ever seen before. People start dropping like flies all over the world, and the doctors are baffled. The Center for Disease Control gets involved and tries to get some answers, but it's a difficult virus to figure out.
I won't give too much of the movie away, as it's pretty decent and the less you know the better.
I give it 3 out of 5 for a fair enough movie and it kept my attention.
