Did you know?

That running around barefoot or in shoes like flat sandals, or flips flops is bad for your feet.  When walking around a lot with either no shoes, or shoes that have no arch support, your feet are actually harmed. 

I've been walking around just in socks for years since I have no job and am in a house all day so my feet have been hurting.  I had to investigate as to why.  I thought it was because I've gained some weight, but that wasn't it.

Make sure you wear some shoes with arch support like sneakers, even if you're just walking around your own house for days.
